The Singapore Association of Administrative Professionals (SAAP) is seeking a dependable and reliable Admin Assistant to support our passionate Management Council on a part-time basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Management Council (eg, booking of meeting room)
- Manage membership subscriptions and respond to public enquiries on membership matters
- Prepare quarterly record of receipts and stock list
- Assist in planning and supporting events, workshops, and council activities (eg, event set up, catering)
- Attend monthly management council meeting (one weekday’s evening per month) in SAAP office (in person)
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in administrative work
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
